Well, hello Holistic hottie !

I am so blessed that you stopped by xo This will be My space to share all things that honour your #wholelife, #holisticlife journey. 

I wasn't planning a website, let alone a blog !  Or, maybe I was but didn't want to put the effort in just yet. Then, my friend and biz mentor challenged me to putting something together. A date was given, and the work began.

My MISSION? To add value to my #wholelife, #holisticlife clients, friends and Global Essential Oil Team. 

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

To get started I must admit that I am often less than savvy with grammar, and sometimes my spelling is just rude(thank God for spell check here). With that said, I want to create an experience where, you can feel in to my heart and leave the rest to the grammar Gods! LOL

What to expect here? 

Whole Life,Holistic Life advice, ideas, concepts, love, laughter, fun, friendship, leadership, business, and animals, MANY MANY MANY animals ! I will be posting authentically and often. Maybe I will even take a writing course so that I can capture the world wide with my poetry of words. 

In the meantime, I wanted to share a EASY PLEASY recipe with Kale. 

Kale is uber abundant right now. It will flourish well in to the fall months. Kale is the last of the leafy greens in my diet going in to fall and winter. Because Kale grows in to cooler months it is still healthful to include it in your food preferences. It is however, super important for Optimal Health or, #wholelife #holisticlife health to EAT for the seasons and thus, most leafy greens will not be consumed after the first frost.

EAT FOR THE SEASONS.

This is a Holistic concept many do not follow because the media tells us we should be eating salad, to keep model thin, well in to the winter months. This concept just doesn't wash with this gal pal. Eating for the seasons means transitioning to abundant root vegetables come October. Leafy greens will be waiting for us in the late Spring.

Easy Pleasy Kale Salad

Kale is such a hardy leafy veg.

It holds the unofficial title as the “World’s Healthiest Food” and is , straight up, delicious!! Here is my spring, summer and fall“go to”Salad.

Your family and guests will be easily converted! It literally takes 5 minutes to prepare but leave yourself half an hour so the dressing can soak into the sturdy leaves. ENJOY !!!

2 cups organic Kale, chopped fine
1⁄4 cup shelled sunflower seeds
1⁄4 cup dried cranberries
1 zucchini, chopped fine or grated
1 small apple, chopped fine or grated Hemp hearts (Optional), sprinkled

Dressing:
1⁄4 cup organic mustard of choice (hot, honey, dijon)
1⁄4 cup pickled juice or, apple cider vinegar or, balsamic vinegar 1⁄4 cup Veganaise (vegan mayonnaise) or Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all top Salad ingredients in a bowl. In a separate measuring cup or suitable container, mix the dressing. Pour over top and mix in. Wait 10 ­ 30 mins and VOILA ­ deeeelicious !
